In case you missed the news (I did!), last year Sixteen 12 Collectibles announced they would be producing a replica of Dinky’s 359 Dinky Eagle Transporter although the website currently states awaiting for licensor approval.

They would have to get permission from Mattel as it now owns the Dinky trade mark.

It is the standard excellent 12” replica that Product Enterprise used to sell and Sixteen 12 now markets. It’s merely been repainted to match the Fitst edition Dinky Transporter and will come worh a replica Dinky box base sided to match ( I do wonder if it will be made of cardboard or hopefully something more durable ). If I had the funds to spare, I would be sorely tempted to buy one, but the prices are too dear now.
